When I arrived in Indiana, they went out of their way to pick me up from the airport and get me in and out of the dealership quickly as I had a long drive ahead. I worked with multiple people, but when we came in to look at the car, test drive, and get some base numbers, it was extremely easy, with no pressure, no sales-ey tactics (like some other dealers), and very to the point, which we appreciated as we were short on time. When we came in to buy, after just a few back and forths over the phone and text ahead of time, we were driving our new Highlander out 40 minutes after arrival.
