All communication (until paperwork/delivery) was via telephone calls with General Manager Eric Serjeant; he was very responsive, quickly answering/returning calls, and proactively kept us informed with status updates for our vehicle, which was on order. We live in Southern California and this was our first out-of-state purchase. The entire process was easy and efficient, thanks to Eric Serjeant, Tony Case in finance, and Patty Maxwell in the title work department. We took delivery of our new Land Cruiser Heritage at a price (including delivery) that we never could have gotten in our area and with an entirely smooth and positive transaction.
