The new manager Eric Sarjeant is now leading the team at Ed Martin Toyota in Noblesville, and the service level is as exceptional as ever. This dealership doesn't play any of the traditional car dealer "games". They are honest, upfront and entirely dedicated to great customer service. You can tell that this dealership is not focused on making a sale, but on earning your business as a lifelong client. My family has been purchasing cars from this dealership for over a decade because of the great service and pricing. I highly recommend Ed Martin Toyota. You won't be sorry you trusted them with your business. Update, it's been several cars for friends and family later, and I want to share another great experience. I want to give another shout out to Eric Sarjeant and his team! He helped another friend find a great vehicle, work through some of the obstacles and delays from his insurance company. He even took time out of a SUPER BUSY inventory day to break down the insurance settlement numbers, do research on the vehicle my friend was buying, and give him a great deal on it. They have provided great cars, amazing service, and they don't do any of the "car dealer games" that other dealers are infamous for doing. Eric Sarjeant leads an amazing team of professionals who really want you to find the best car for your needs. Recently I was given the option by my company to upgrade my car. I was given great value for my trade-in, and Eric and the team helped me locate the exact car I wanted with all the features I desired. The service was exceptional, and the price was great too.
