Originally born in Oaxaca, Mexico in 1984. Married with 2 beautiful children and a cute dog named Drax. Like to travel, eat and listen to all music. I enjoy helping people so customer Service has been my calling for a long time! I have been in the Automotive Industry for 7 years with Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC and now is a blessing to be part of the Toyota Family on a long journey to learn and become the best for the great customer's that we have.
