I noted there was a shake in the car when it accelerated through 50km/hr. it happens every time. tech said couldn't replicate concern. it is obvious to me there was no attempt to replicate, it was quitting through 50km/hr. it happens every time. tech said couldn't replicate concern. it is obvious to me there was no attempt to replicate, it was quitting time and he wanted to punch out. The service i received was a fuel pump recall on my Sienna, The service rep Enna was very friendly and helpful. She even took a change when i thought about the cabin filter while waiting for my service Sienna, The service rep Enna was very friendly and helpful. She even took a change when i thought about the cabin filter while waiting for my service to be completed. The dealership however seems to have taken a step back. The hospitality centre has been shut down and there are no Toyotas on display in the showroom. The showroom has a bunch of tires and a Corvette is the only vehicle displayed. A suggestion would be to supply charging cables at the courtesy desks to allow customers to recharge while they are awaiting their service to be completed. More
