I will not buy a BMW at any other BMW dealership. Josh Cash in service always gets the job done for me and he always makes it so seamless. Naycolle Wright, my Sales Associate has always been the best and I only work with her and have done so for a decade now. She does not make it feel like a car sale. She makes it very comfortable. Caz in finance always gets it done even though hurdles sometimes presents itself, he breaks through the barriers and gets it done. Emilio is a heck of a Sales Manager and is the reason I came to BMW of Sarasota. Amazing team I get to work with and it’s because of them I will always buy another BMW at that location. Very difficult to work with. I purchased through the dealership all of the extended warranty’s and maintenance packages and still am told “sorry it doesn’t cover it” and have to I purchased through the dealership all of the extended warranty’s and maintenance packages and still am told “sorry it doesn’t cover it” and have to fight to get what I purchased covered. I even had a service rep hang up on me and I never raised my voice or used profanity. I almost stopped using this dealership and the only reason I still use them is Naycolle Wright (sales) I have purchased 8 cars from this dealership and still feel like I am always fighting to be given fair treatment.
