Very friendly and accommodating!! My wife and I went into Zender Ford looking for a Ford Flex. At the time we were looking for our vehicle, we were going through several life changes. My wife and I went into Zender Ford looking for a Ford Flex. At the time we were looking for our vehicle, we were going through several life changes. Our sales consultant Eldon was not pushy at all. He waited until we were ready to buy a vehicle. I was very honest with Eldon and let him know that we were also shopping around at other dealerships but I told him that I preferred to buy locally in Spruce Grove. When I had found a vehicle we wanted at a competing dealer, Zender was able to not only price match, but beat the price! After purchasing the vehicle from Zender, there was a very minor service issue I did not notice when test driving the vehicle. Eldon arrainged for the service department to call me and service appointment was set up for two days later. All service was covered under warrenty. The only minor complaint I have was I had leather seats installed in the vehicle we purchased. An after market company in Edmonton were installing the seats for Zender. The company installing the leather seats took a week longer than than they had stated they would. That being said, Zender accomodated us by providing a loaner vehicle until our vehicle was ready. Great work done by everyone at Zender.....especially Eldon!! More

The car had recalls on it that hadn't been fixed yet and they made sure to fix everything and make sure it was safe before letting me drive it off the lot. I sent in an online inquiry regarding my trade vehicle and received a call from Eldon and we booked an appointment. He was very friendly, informative, and I could tell he took great care to ensure that I was testing each vehicle to make sure I was making the right choice. I got an amazing (like, a START THE CAR, amazing) deal on a 2014 Ford Fusion SE. They gave me a great deal on the trade I so there was no back and forth on the purchase price. They came right out of the gate with a fair deal. I'm over the moon happy with the quality of service I received from this dealership, AND the quality of vehicle I got to drive home. My past vehicles have been imports and I've always found customer service to be poor and I often left those dealerships feeling unhappy (VW and Mazda). This is the first time I've felt very confident in my purchase based on the reception I received at Zender. I would recommend Eldon and Zender to anyone that's looking to update their ride. The finance team was excellent. They made sure that I understood what I was getting for my money (and believe me - you get way more for your dollars at Ford!). Five starts for these guys! More
