I sent in an o I went to Zender Ford to trade in my Volkswagen. Eldon Cook was AMAZING! This was the best purchasing experience I've had to date. I sent in an online inquiry regarding my trade vehicle and received a call from Eldon and we booked an appointment. He was very friendly, informative, and I could tell he took great care to ensure that I was testing each vehicle to make sure I was making the right choice. I got an amazing (like, a START THE CAR, amazing) deal on a 2014 Ford Fusion SE. They gave me a great deal on the trade I so there was no back and forth on the purchase price. They came right out of the gate with a fair deal. I'm over the moon happy with the quality of service I received from this dealership, AND the quality of vehicle I got to drive home. My past vehicles have been imports and I've always found customer service to be poor and I often left those dealerships feeling unhappy (VW and Mazda). This is the first time I've felt very confident in my purchase based on the reception I received at Zender. I would recommend Eldon and Zender to anyone that's looking to update their ride. The finance team was excellent. They made sure that I understood what I was getting for my money (and believe me - you get way more for your dollars at Ford!). Five starts for these guys! More
