So we Met with Eldon Cook, to show us the Vehicle & test drive it. Well it was great, Eldon is such a gentleman. So Friendly,helpful, sincere op & smiling not sneering. Honest & forthright. We also Met Brandon a sales mgr. Another really nice guy. We were totally in awe with the treatment that we got from all the staff that we dealt with. They all wanted to help us. I.e. I didn't know how to operate some of the electronics & Ryan another salesman was very willing to help us. No problem "Come back & we will help you!". So I did & I will if need be. Thank you! Very friendly and accommodating!! My wife and I went into Zender Ford looking for a Ford Flex. At the time we were looking for our vehicle, we were going through several life changes. My wife and I went into Zender Ford looking for a Ford Flex. At the time we were looking for our vehicle, we were going through several life changes. Our sales consultant Eldon was not pushy at all. He waited until we were ready to buy a vehicle. I was very honest with Eldon and let him know that we were also shopping around at other dealerships but I told him that I preferred to buy locally in Spruce Grove. When I had found a vehicle we wanted at a competing dealer, Zender was able to not only price match, but beat the price! After purchasing the vehicle from Zender, there was a very minor service issue I did not notice when test driving the vehicle. Eldon arrainged for the service department to call me and service appointment was set up for two days later. All service was covered under warrenty. The only minor complaint I have was I had leather seats installed in the vehicle we purchased. An after market company in Edmonton were installing the seats for Zender. The company installing the leather seats took a week longer than than they had stated they would. That being said, Zender accomodated us by providing a loaner vehicle until our vehicle was ready. Great work done by everyone at Zender.....especially Eldon!! More

Upon buying the fusion he sat in the car with me and went through every single feature (Sync can be confusing!). The car had recalls on it that hadn't been fixed yet and they made sure to fix everything and make sure it was safe before letting me drive it off the lot. It was a great buying experience and I love my new car!! More
