Recently purchased (3-2021) a used eight year old vehicle from Henry Brown GMC. The vehicle had just come to the dealership in its trade in condition. My wife and I were lucky enough to see it first. We li from Henry Brown GMC. The vehicle had just come to the dealership in its trade in condition. My wife and I were lucky enough to see it first. We liked the overall package even with a few issues that a used vehicle would have. The sales person assured us that the vehicle would be gone through and any issues would be resolved. We were very surprised at the attention to detail that the prep team did to this car! One outstanding example was a badly cracked dash. We figured to get a dashmat to cover it. Much to my amazement when we received the vehicle there was a new dash! The three chips in the windshield were repaired so well I couldn't find where they were. A few other minor issues were resolved, a new battery, a very minor leak in transmission cooling line. Every bit of the vehicle was gone through. It looked like a new car! I have never encountered any place that sold used vehicles that comes close to the sales team, the ease of purchase and attention to details in prepping a used vehicle before delivery. Henry Brown will be the only place I will consider purchasing a used GM product in my future. More

First experience not good. Our salesman was home with covid, the regular lease guy not present and his fill in was not up to the task and when Tom returned everything was handled. Our salesman, Butch, back on the job and did an excellent job. His follow-up and customer service is the best I've experienced in 60 years of buying cars.
