Pretty seamless negotiation and transaction. Made buying from out-of-state fairly easy. Overall very happy with my new-to-me GMC Yukon XL. The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. I would give 4.5 Sta from out-of-state fairly easy. Overall very happy with my new-to-me GMC Yukon XL. The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. I would give 4.5 Stars because I was saddled with last minute dealer ad-ons in typical fashion (that were not asked for or disclosed in the listed sales price); which, would not be removed. They would not budge on the KARR alarm (kind of useless), and the truck did not get the "AutoMate" treatment in any fashion. It was run through a cheap-o car wash and had some ArmorAll sloshed on. To finish the deal and get to the final paperwork, I accepted the final price despite the groveling. More

I realize times are very tough these days when it comes to buying a new vehicle. My problem is placed an order in March only to find out it wasn't placed when I call in April to check on getting the VIN. to buying a new vehicle. My problem is placed an order in March only to find out it wasn't placed when I call in April to check on getting the VIN. I was told a new order was placed. I called in May and again the order was never placed. My nature normally would be to just go somewhere else. But I gave it another try. I was told the order was placed and in most probably I would receive a new car in April 2022. I was okay with this. Then in January I decided to purchase a different vehicle and was told everything I asked for was in this vehicle. Well that was not true. I wanted the interior to be beige, it was black and I specifically wanted 19 inch wheels and the car had 18 inch wheels. I had to come back two weeks later and wait 3 hours to have the 19 inch wheels installed. I am not likely to buy another vehicle from this dealership. More

I ordered my truck over 6+ months ago and had to contact my rep multiple times because of the delay (understand that it was nothing that could be done about this). When my $72k finally arrived I came to che my rep multiple times because of the delay (understand that it was nothing that could be done about this). When my $72k finally arrived I came to check it out and sign paperwork, only to be told that everything was not installed on it and the vehicle was very dirty! I had to wait another two days as I received a call saying that the vehicle had a part that just came in that the salesman was not aware of. After picking up my vehicle, I agreed to bring it back and have it serviced again and because the service dept. Left a screw or something in the speakers in the tail-bed along with loose wires. At this point I was able to get a loaner vehicle, leave my truck again, just to come back the next day to pick it up. The loaner vehicle did not have gas, so I was told to fill it up and that I would get reimbursed for it. Once I took the loaner and dropped it off, I was told a check would be mailed. I was called the next day to come and pick up the money. This was about my 4th trip to the dealership, which would not have been a problem if I lived close but was driving from San Tan. The salesman tried to make it right by giving a free detail, and a tank of gas (when we asked). I was never shown the features on my truck and was told to call if I had any questions. I have bought many different vehicles and this was by far my worst experience. I will be ordering more vehicles in the near feature, but not from Henry Brown. To spend $72k on a vehicle is a big deal to me and unfortunately this dealership did not deliver. More
