Ordered a GMC 2500 Denali early 2021, vehicle came in February 2022 and I wasn't even notified. I called only to be told it had been sold. I spoke to the ordering manager and had another one ordered. The price was a few thousand higher then my original order, I was assured that I wouldn't pay anything over what my original order invoice was. 2nd order comes in and it's not priced at my original order invoice and Henry Brown wouldn't stand behind the price I was guaranteed plus added on all this additional stuff I told them I originally didn't want . Also they pulled my credit 8 times and said they never pulled it and that those must have been soft pulls, soft pulls don't show up as inquiries. Then proceeded to tell me they couldn't get a bank to finance the truck and needed to submitit to more banks. Which one is it? You never checked my credit but yet can't get a bank to accept the loan?? Needless to say I walked. So here I am over a year later and still NO TRUCK!!! So not only do they sell your orders out from under you they don't keep their word!! Avoid this dealership at all costs!! More
