And we couldn't be more happier ! Our previous vehicle was big and with gas prices ,We wanted a smaller vehicle to help with lower gas bills , so we chose a Jeep Compass , a very beautiful vehicle, but after driving a larger vehicle for years , it just wasn't for us ! After talking with Eden and our concerns ,she wanted to make sure we were happy and getting a vehicle that was right for us ! We gave her a list of things that we would want in a vehicle ,she was great in getting all what we wanted plus more ! It was worth the 5 hour trip to purchase our new vehicle ! We bought a velvet red Grand Cherokee and we couldn't be happier , it fits our needs and it is a very nice look and ride ! We appreciate all the help we got from all the staff that worked with us to make this happen ! again thank you to Eden Donahue and Sal our finance guy , greatly appreciated for all the help ! Amazing Dealership and Fabulous Sales Rep Myself and my husband were car shopping for me. We had went to a few dealerships prior and same old same old typical sales reps more worried about get Myself and my husband were car shopping for me. We had went to a few dealerships prior and same old same old typical sales reps more worried about getting a deal rather then listen to what I wanted. We just happened to drive through Great West Chrysler and to my shock I found my perfect car.... white Mercedes!! I was dreading to go in and yet to deal with another sales person but we did and ended up with one of the most awesome sales reps I have EVER met (Eden). She is hands down the most friendly, outgoing, truthful, down to earth person I have ever dealt with. Everyone at this dealership was super friendly and helpful. Great Experience I was online looking for a Jeep Wrangler, preferably a used vehicle, I inquired about a two Jeeps online. The first one was at Toyota Northwest Edmont I was online looking for a Jeep Wrangler, preferably a used vehicle, I inquired about a two Jeeps online. The first one was at Toyota Northwest Edmonton, I went there initially to look at the first Jeep Wrangler I inquired about, the pricing was outrageous and the staff was incredibly awful to deal with and absolutely rude. I was a little jaded as this was my first vehicle purchase, I then reached out to Great West Chyrsler online, when I went in Eden had already got my pre-approval, and went over all the options and what would best suit my situation. I decided to sleep on it over the weekend, Eden then suggested looking online at the Yachimec Auto Group, and to let her know if I found one I liked let her know and she'd have it brought over for a test drive, I found a Jeep Wrangler that I absolutely fell in love with, within 48 hours, I ended up getting my Jeep. And I am extremely thankful and appreciative that Eden made it such a seamless and easy process, her expertise through this large transaction made it one of the best experiences. Thank you Eden for all your help and for being very kind and patient, I would recommend this dealership and Eden in particular to any buyer wanting someone with a huge product knowledge as well as a mass amount of patience. COULDN'T ASK FOR BETTER!!! I don't know who was happier when I finally drove off the lot with my new 2018 ram sport....me or Eden Donahue...lol. It took her about a month to find me the truck I wanted. My wish list was long and specific...at one point she even went as far as Ontario to try and find me the right truck. Right from the get-go she was very patient and didn't try to talk me into settling for something I didn't want. A couple of times we thought we had it nailed down only to find the truck was sold. She didn't give up tho….and found me what I was looking for. Very happy with the price I paid and also with my trade-in......Thanx again Eden....awesome job!!!!!
