New Grand Caravan Purchase. After initially talking to another salesperson, at another dealership, I was happy to find Eddie Tawil at Seven View. A friend had recommended Seven V After initially talking to another salesperson, at another dealership, I was happy to find Eddie Tawil at Seven View. A friend had recommended Seven View and Eddie quickly responded to my inquiry via the dealership's website. Eddie spoke in straight forward terms I could understand - not a lot of 'discount this and discount that' that I got from the other salesperson. He was on the ball and quick to respond to my needs, managing to hunt down exactly the features and colour I requested. The only wrinkle was a financing issue with the TD that had nothing to do with Eddie, but when I tried to contact him about it, even though he was on vacation Eddie responded to my email and put me in touch with the business manager, Jon Carter. As mentioned below, Jon was instrumental in finding a work-around to my problem. Thank you Jon and Eddie. More

Eddie was the only person to answer the phone right away. All the others went to voice mail. We knew exactly what we wanted in the van and Eddie was able to provide the price and the vehicle all in the same day where all the others took several days to get back to us and some never did. If it wasn't for Eddie we clearly would not have switched over to Dodge. Eddie is a rare breed now a days in actually providing excellent customer service which is clearly lacking in the work force again. Thank you Eddie!
