The gentleman who we finalized cost with was also great. The manager of the place came in when we were doing our financing to yell at the finance person - which we found super off putting and the finance person we dealt with was gossiping about other employees to us, messed up our paperwork and did not listen when we said we didn’t want certain things. Overall we had a good experience and love the car - Manny is a great asset to the Gladstone team. More
