Here is a concise, factual review focused on the customer service experience: I was asked to contact Charity, the Customer Service Manager, to “make things right” after my experience with the dealership. service experience: I was asked to contact Charity, the Customer Service Manager, to “make things right” after my experience with the dealership. Instead, I spent 14 minutes on the phone feeling like my time and concerns had little value. I requested compensation in the form of service credits to acknowledge the time and money I invested during the buying process that fell through. Rather than addressing my concerns, Charity minimized my experience by stating that situations like mine happen every day and are simply part of the car-buying process. The conversation felt dismissive and belittling rather than focused on resolving my concerns. More

The salesman was genuinely pleasant and easy to work with, which made the initial part of the process smooth. Unfortunately, that was the highlight of our visit. The finance manager was rude and unprofe with, which made the initial part of the process smooth. Unfortunately, that was the highlight of our visit. The finance manager was rude and unprofessional. He interrupted me multiple times and wouldn’t let me talk. The store manager was equally unhelpful when we tried to resolve issues. We ended up with a leased car that had 40 miles on it instead of the 9 on the leased agreement. We also never received the required paperwork and had to return the next business day to sort it out. Overall, very disappointed with the dealership’s lack of professionalism and attention to detail. I have requested a call from a store manager, no one called me back. I think I should report some issues to DMV and BBB. More

Cassie was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in and even a few that just caught our attention. She was very personable and willing to help us any way she could. We ended up test drivi interested in and even a few that just caught our attention. She was very personable and willing to help us any way she could. We ended up test driving two different vehicles and she was more than willing to show us all the options. Once we purchased the vehicle she took the time to get me all set up and comfortable with the car’s features and the Toyota app. I would also say our experience with finance section, Marco Garcia-Sierra, was also top notch. He had everything ready to go and was quick but thorough. Overall our experience today was exceptional. More
