I always feel welcome and comfortable. The showroom is immaculate and the people are all friendly. Doug was fabulous! The only one detail is that no one told me it had windshield damage that mostly had been repaired and I just spent almost $200.00 to repair the other chips. Just be upfront with all the information ! I was ready to purchase a used GX460 from Westside Lexus — until I took it to an independent Lexus-certified mechanic. They found: A timing chain cover leak ($3,500 repair) An improperly replaced wind — until I took it to an independent Lexus-certified mechanic. They found: A timing chain cover leak ($3,500 repair) An improperly replaced windshield causing water leaks Electronic damage from water intrusion (display delayed in starting) The salesperson had the vehicle already running when I arrived (likely to hide startup issues) and discouraged me from getting an independent inspection, offering instead to send it to “their” shop. If I hadn’t insisted on using my own, I never would have known about these major problems. As a Lexus dealership, either they failed to inspect their own inventory, or they knowingly tried to sell a car with thousands of dollars in hidden defects. Either way, I will never return and strongly recommend other buyers get independent inspections before trusting this dealership. More
