Also very sad that they give away free gifts to the customers that give them good reviews. Will forgot who I was the day after buying my car when I went to bring my car in. He didn't even remember me and I had bought my car the day before! Also my "free gift" was never given to me not was the link sent to me till a year later! Will claimed that since I had received something else with my car I was not eligible for the gift. He also said that I had to contact head office..well that was a lie because when I did contact head office they told me the dealership sent the links out...overall very poor customer service. Also the service department was very distasteful during my first few visits. The service advisor didn't believe me when I told him my car issue, he treated me like I was just some teenage girl who knows nothing. I had to request not to deal with him the next time i went in. I have wanted to write a letter to head office for a long time now..but haven't. I don't plan on ever taking my business to a dealership that gives away free gifts for good reviews. Very sad. More

Bought the new car however having problems with the voice recognition from day one. Took it back after a month after purchasing the car. Had Will look at it and agreed wit us that there is a problem with the voice recognition. Took it in for servicing and had one of the mechanics check it. Eventually was told that it's an iPhone problem not the system (even though the mechanic said it was a s****y system to begin with). Had a friend sync her Samsung mobile phone and still had problems with voice recognition. Why would VW build a car that would not be compatible with iPhone? Thank you Maple Ridge VW for the brush off! More
