Emma Harvey has been fantastic pre, during, and post sale. I am pleased with the truck and the follow up service. The valet service is a great idea. Had my 2021 ford f150 apim go out and scheduled my appointment to get it diagnosed 3 weeks before and just to find out they booked my appointment 1 day after factory warranty expired. Tried calling appointment to get it diagnosed 3 weeks before and just to find out they booked my appointment 1 day after factory warranty expired. Tried calling them to get the part ordered and got completely ghosted intill I had to go in in person. Very frustrating, our company buys at least 5-8 trucks per year out of this ford and for them to do this to a big buyer. Way to loose a customer! More
