Awesome Service I live in NYC but I choose to come to this dealership for service because of the attention to detail. I was bringing the car in for the 15,000 mile s I live in NYC but I choose to come to this dealership for service because of the attention to detail. I was bringing the car in for the 15,000 mile service and decided I wanted to purchase the touch-up paint. I called the day before I was scheduled to arrive and spoke to the parts department, the gentleman said he would have it waiting for me in the service area and I could pay for it at that time. When I bring the car in the folks in the service department always ask me how is the car running and if I have any questions. Sometimes I do. For instance I did not know how to turn on the a/c in the back of the car and I'm sure that is a simple question but they did not make me feel stupid for asking it. I have had several cars, honda, toyota and GMC and the service I receive from Lexus is by far the best. More
