Service Experience I have been getting service from Seven View since 1988. I had one Dodge Caravan that was on the road for 17 years and the current one which has been o I have been getting service from Seven View since 1988. I had one Dodge Caravan that was on the road for 17 years and the current one which has been on the road for almost 10 years. I take my car in for regular service and have only once had a breakdown in the field due to a poorly built second engine which was not the dealer's fault. Usually if I perceive a problem I can describe it to the service advisors and the mechanics will spot the problem right away. Also, if a job is to take a while, the advisors make sure I have transport and get home on time. My only concern, which probably applies to all dealers, is that the service pricing model can lead to some expensive outcomes. On one occasion I had to come back because of a defective component. The dealer fixed the problem and did not charge me. In summary, I think my impression was good overall. I would have given them a great overall rating if I had not had bad experience with faulty parts or if the car, according to consumers report, has a great repair record. The1988 caravan had its share of technical problems (not the dealer's fault) but the 2006 caravan has been much better so far. More

Now that’s what I call an Excellent Customer Service Outstanding customer support and responsiveness to my service needs. I travel from North of Brampton to Seven View Chrysler in Concord for the service Outstanding customer support and responsiveness to my service needs. I travel from North of Brampton to Seven View Chrysler in Concord for the service of my car, because I have yet to come across any other service providers like Michelle Naugle and Domenic Colalillo. Domenic went way above actually doing a "job". He was beyond doubt incomparable by providing me the best solution, with an alternate means of transport, when there was a concern for the long time wait for me and my little one during the long service. Both Domenic and Michelle provides exceptional support and has been great at coordinating, organizing and following up on getting this service and repair looked after in a timely and professional manner. I am truly impressed with how Seven View Chrysler provided exceptional customer service and support. Thank You!! I would recommended Seven View to our family and friends, and we look forward to working with them in the future. More

Peace of Mind I purchased my 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan at Seven View. In the past I have not used a dealership to have regular maintenance work done due to my previo I purchased my 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan at Seven View. In the past I have not used a dealership to have regular maintenance work done due to my previous experience with shoddy workmanship and sometimes not having the correct work done. At Seven View my experience has been vastly different. Both Michelle and Domenic (Customer Service Representatives) have been excellent in providing great customer service. They take the time to clearly explain the work to be done, the approximate time it will take to be completed and the cost of the same. Because of their excellent customer service skills and the peace of mind they give me, I have and will continue to take my vehicle to Seven View for all regular maintenance work as well as any warranty work. More

SERVICE RATING FOR SEVEN VIEW CHRYSLER i am a current owner of an infiniti G37 coupe and after a horrible experience with nissan/infiniti service depts. i brought my car to seven view chrys i am a current owner of an infiniti G37 coupe and after a horrible experience with nissan/infiniti service depts. i brought my car to seven view chrysler to be serviced as i had remembered Dominic Colalillo from when i had a jeep cherokee a few years ago and the high level of service that was extended to me from Dominic and seven view chrysler service dept....again my wildest expectations were exceeded as dominic and crew not only serviced my vehicle at a less costly price then nissan/infiniti but they also found some issues with the car that went completely unoticed by nissan/infiniti and corrected those issues before they led to big problems, again today i brought my vehicle to seven view to have a high performance all season tire replaced and was estastic to hear the price dominic quoted me as it was more then $ 100 less then what nissan/infiniti had charged me less then a year ago, i then dropped my car off this morning at 8:40 and was notified less then 2 hours later from dominic that my car had not only had the wheel fully replaced but that the oil change and filter was also completed and my car was already ready for P/U.....in my honest opinion seven view chrysler and service people like dominic colalillo should be going to other dealerships like nissan/infiniti willowdale and giving the bozo's over there a seminar on how to properly service customers and their vehicles because you guys are just on another level and seem to care much much more about customer satisfaction then just taking peoples money to pay for fancy lobbies with granite countertops and marble pillars like nissan/infiniti. More

Friendly service, very informative and quick oil changes I was promised a quick oil change over the phone because I was going to wait at the dealer for the service. Domenic acknowledged me the second I walk I was promised a quick oil change over the phone because I was going to wait at the dealer for the service. Domenic acknowledged me the second I walked in, and made sure the service would be done within the time period promised. When completed he explained to me in great detail what was done, and what to expect next time I was to come in. Overall great service and a breath of fresh air when servicing your vehicle.
