Positive first-time experience I haven't set foot in an Acura dealership in 25 years. During those 25 years, I had extensive experience in other premium brand dealerships - Infinit I haven't set foot in an Acura dealership in 25 years. During those 25 years, I had extensive experience in other premium brand dealerships - Infiniti, BMW, Audi, and Porsche. Suffice it to say I have exceedingly high expectations given the time I spent buying - and servicing - the other brands. I had no idea what to expect when I ventured into uncharted territory for me when I visited Jackson Acura. I'm very happy to report the sales and subsequent parts-counter experience have been top-shelf. I'm very happy with the folks I worked with. Everyone was pleasant, friendly and did not play any games with me. I was not subjected to the nonsense that we all brace ourselves for when entering a car dealership. These guys somehow are breaking the mold in that there isn't the sense of cheesy, sleazy car sales. So... admittedly, I'm still in the honeymoon phase with my relationship with Jackson Acura and I have only had the car a week. Given they set the bar so high with the sales and parts (I bought floor mats and a few other toys) experience, I will say I have every >expectation< the service experience will be equally as good.
