I did not have any service performed because you couldn't perform it while I waited. I cleared my day and drove 30 miles to wait on the car and they informed me when I got there that I would have to leave th perform it while I waited. I feel like you are scamming me with notices that my engine needs to be checked. I'm pretty sure that's not something this particular dealership thought of. It's probably KIA. However, I don't appreciate it. I was loving my Kia until I determined that you can turn on and off messages to my car to get me to come in for service whenever you want. That wouldn't even be such a problem if the dealership would address it within the same day while I wait. But you wanted me to leave my car for a few days just so you could run a diagnostic that should take 30 minutes. Poor planning and management. Maybe I should say "selfish" planning and management. You want me to rent a car just so you can run a diagnostic that may or may not be necessary? I was really enjoying my Kia and recommending it to everyone until this experience. Once again, it's probably not something you came up with. Someone in the high castle thought of this great scam, but all the same, I don't appreciate it. More

There's been a recall on my remote start for over a year. I've been told several times someone would call me when the part was in. No calls, no repairs. Very disappointed in the service. I’ve had my Kia for 9 years now I bought it from Kia off Thornton rd Douglasville as the years passed by I didn’t like the service anymore so I chose to come to Kia Kennesaw and when I say I made one of the Thornton rd Douglasville as the years passed by I didn’t like the service anymore so I chose to come to Kia Kennesaw and when I say I made one of the best decisions of my life! Everyone was so nice and super helpful with my busy 1 year old son I felt so welcomed and like everyone already knew me idc how far I have to drive Jim Ellis Kia of Kennesaw has gained a new customer thank you all for your help patience and great customer service I haven’t felt that in along time in a dealership! I took my car to Kia for an oil change and 19 days later my car had a oil leak and my oil was low and black I had to take my car back twice and I was told I had to drive my car 500 miles than bring it back my car had a oil leak and my oil was low and black I had to take my car back twice and I was told I had to drive my car 500 miles than bring it back I had to take it back the next day after they looked at it and then they tells me I have to pay $437 and I know for a fact they messed my car UP ……..
