A very satisfied customer I first met Derrick a few years ago after not having the greatest experience buying a vehicle. He was the total opposite from the previous sales assoc I first met Derrick a few years ago after not having the greatest experience buying a vehicle. He was the total opposite from the previous sales associate- courteous , patient and knowledgeable. He spoke to both my wife and I to make sure we were both comfortable with our buying decision. He never came across as the guy trying to oversell us something we could not afford- he showed us a few models and options to compare and made sure we left with something we would both be happy owning. It was because of this great experience that we went back almost a week and a half ago and bought our second vehicle from him. He is great at what he does and I will definitely look for him when it's time for another vehicle! More

Scam will take advantage of young women that don't know cars I came in the night before with my wife to purchase a vechile and all the paperwork was done properly. When she picked up the vechile they scammed her I came in the night before with my wife to purchase a vechile and all the paperwork was done properly. When she picked up the vechile they scammed her into buying things for the car she does not need. 6000 later since they feed of women thinking they can take advantage since they don't know their way around numbers and cars. Please stay away from this place or bring in someone that knows vechiles because this can happen to you. The manager George Nikiktopoulos is useless and lets his staff getaway with these scam tactics when the night before I clearly stated I don't want this price to change when my wife picks up the vechile, and clearly they took full advantage of her and the manager refuses to do anything about this. More

I really want to cancel the deal but i'm affraid they will take my money as a penalty charge if i cancel (1. In website said 6.5 inch touch screen withNavigation (the fact: No Navi). 2. It said front/rear tire 225/45HR 17, Wheel size: 17" (the fact 16")..Thats my worst experienced in my life (buy the used car with noted spec.in their website as the Big Company feels like 'As is) ...i hope 'General Manager will noticed about that and wil take action to keep 'their commitment as the good company brand name 'Team Chrysler..whatever it is..its mine now..what we can do as a customer..lastly thanks to 'Team Chrysler for your 'Big Commitment as a 'big company..
