Derek was the service manager assigned to me & he was very helpful. Gave me options and explained them. He also arranged for a loner with Hertz. However was the service manager assigned to me & he was very helpful. Gave me options and explained them. He also arranged for a loner with Hertz. However I had problems with the hertz loner, tire rapidly losing air. Filled it up & found a hertz dealer in Venice. They were very helpful however they didn’t have a car to swap. I had someone pick me up and when my car was ready Derek arraigned to have Uber pick me up so I could pick up my car. Very pleased with how Derek handled my problem More

Service advisor was great time to get a loaner car and too . Derrick was great efficient friendly and knowledgeable. The loaner process took too long probably 45 minutes and was not efficient.
