Excellent Service Contacted Carlos Munoz regarding a flat tire. Carlos immediately took care of me. I was able,thanks to him, to come in without out an appointment and Contacted Carlos Munoz regarding a flat tire. Carlos immediately took care of me. I was able,thanks to him, to come in without out an appointment and have my tire replaced in a relatively short time and have other services done that my car needed. I have purchased 9 caes from BMW of Sarasota and have had very good service managers, but Carlos is the best. I can even text him at home with a car problem and he always gets back to me almost immediately. He is couteous and always professional and keeps me informed about what is going on with my car. Please give him a raise. You are lucky to have him! My wife and I have bought 9 BMWs and are about to purchase our 10th, all via Jack Hojnacki. He is always profession, courteous and so knowlegeable about the vehicles we purchase. I will only deal with Jack when I purchase a car! More
