Chris was very helpful and accommodating as we initially went in to replace our Sent customer service from all staff, especially Melinda and Chris. The reason why I am writing this review is because of the help and customer service I have received. I went through a tough divorce (its great now btw) and had some credit issues because of it. Derek took help and customer service I have received. I went through a tough divorce (its great now btw) and had some credit issues because of it. Derek took the time to explain the situation to me and helped me understand what I need to do today to get my credit back on track. For me the experience was unusual, in a good way, most dealerships aren't concerned about your credit, there more concerned about selling you a car. With Derek it really felt like he was listening and although I didn't get the car I wanted I know soon I will at a great rate! I also have to thank Bill Martins, I know him and Derek worked together to get me the best deal possible. Thanks again and I will see you soon. More
