Having been to several dealerships in search for a new car, I was immediately impressed with the approach taken by Fred. He took time to understand what I was looking for, what other product I had been lo car, I was immediately impressed with the approach taken by Fred. He took time to understand what I was looking for, what other product I had been looking at and pointing out key features of the Altima, not just running through a list of features at will. He also showed genuine interest in wanting to work with me to find a vehicle that would suit my needs even if he didn't have one readily on the lot. Many other dealerships were only interested in selling product from their inventory, without showing interest in looking to match what I was looking for. More

Collins Nissan was the only dealer that I could find where you could build and price your vehicle and this is a wonderful feature on your website. My build and price vehicle just so happened to be on the lot and I was able to test drive it right then and there. My entire experience was handled very professionally and the atmosphere speaks to a wonderful team environment. He was able to get us into a brand new car at a price we could afford. Ashley was very knowledgeable explaining all the controls and how to set them up when we picked the car up. Everything was explained to us in detail from start to finish. We had a most enjoyable experience because of the way all the staff treated us. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone and I most definitely will.
