Kevin is a great Product Advisor to deal with as he is very knowledgeable of the products and not pushy which I Respect a lot as this is my first car I have owned. Derek who did my Financing was impeccable everything was very easy going and everything was approved in a timely manner. Fred the New Car Sales Manager was on the ball with the numbers and helped make sure it would fit my budget that I was on and no other company would really care or take care of their customers as much as this staff does. Kevin, Derek,Fred,Steve,Krista and everyone else who was involved in making this happen for me I Thank you all so much words cant even explain how grateful I am. It became somewhat of an addiction. I searched far and wide across the web to find the Maxima I wanted. I accomplished my searched which landed me at Collins Nissan in St. Catherine's, Ontario. Upon walking in to the showroom, there it was. The Maxima. I knew right then and there that this car was coming home with me. Let's talk about what happens next. Hello, I'm Domenic and it's a pleasure to meet you. From his amazing demeanour to his stern handshake, this was the guy I wanted to deal with. I'm sure glad I did. I have honestly never experienced a happy and stress free car buying experience until I met Domenic. This guy made my dreams come true. From start to finish, he made sure I was always smiling. Quick, caring and Efficient There's no comparison in my eyes, when it comes to purchasing a new vehicle, Nissan is the place to go. They were there for me when I needed a car af There's no comparison in my eyes, when it comes to purchasing a new vehicle, Nissan is the place to go. They were there for me when I needed a car after a past bankruptcy. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and utterly patient with me. Then again a year or so later, after my marriage breakdown when I needed to trade that vehicle in to get a car put into my own name, I returned to Nissan and they helped me find everything I was looking for in a new car and made it all really easy. So for me, it made perfect sense to return to them again when I decided to upgrade my vehicle. It was great to see so many familiar faces still there and they made me feel like I truly mattered to them as more than just another sale. Derek and Jesse and Rob specifically were very helpful as always. Derek worked tirelessly to make sure financially he gave me the best options possible while incorporating everything I needed in a vehicle. Rob stayed late to accommodate me when I came to get my new car and sign everything and Jesse was very helpful with different options, and once I selected a vehicle, he made sure he went over how everything worked so I felt confident before leaving with my new car. Hands down there's no better place to purchase a new or used good quality vehicle. I will be returning again next time. You should come check them out you won't be disappointed. Collins Nissan was recommended to me by a lady who had a great experience there so I figured id give it a shot, I had nothing else to lose and it was my only hope at getting not only myself but my 12 month old son into a safe and reliable vehicle. Not only did they do what I thought to be the '"impossible" they exceeded all my expectations. The staff at Collins Nissan work hard to make sure you leave happy and not disappointed.
