I've been going to ToyotaTown since 2017 when we moved to London. My husband unfortuanelty is on disability and uses a walker, so it's my income that keeps our family going. ToyotaTown has been beyond amazing each time I went in. Dennis has been so brilliant and honest with me about everything that pops up on my 2007 Yaris. Just recently the muffler starting getting loud. Brought it in, and yes they could have fixed it but it would have been over $2000. I don't have that. And we also knew the car is getting older and things just keep popping up. Dennis even tried to help to see how I could keep the car until at least the end of the year. My husband and I made the decision it's time for the car to go play at it's last resting place in the carlot in the sky. No idea how we will do things with a walker and wheelchair, but that's another story. Many thanks to ToyotaTown and Dennis for amazing service. Much appreciated. Totally recommed going to them for your car needs. And when I win the lotto and can buy a new car I will be back :) More

I like the way the staff at ToyotaTown treat me. From the time I drive up to the service bay to the time I drive away after the my appointment I am welcomed with smiling faces and a positive attitude from every ToyotaTown employee that I encounter. They literally treat you like a member of the family. But, what is absolutely the best is that in 9 years I have been coming for service at ToyotaTown my vehicle has never had a problem on the road over the entire time.
