I was just looking as I was in the market to buy a new vehicle. I knew I wanted safety driver features. Dee showed us the new Escape in the show room but it was way above my price range. He asked questions about what I needed and showed us the used Escapes and within a few minutes I was interested in a used 2020. After the sale and when I went to pick it up Dee took the time to walk me through how to use the various features and set up my preferences. I wasn't expecting this and along with the quick guide manual, I have become very comfortable with driving this vehicle. I also know that I can contact Dee if I need more education or any other questions. It was a pleasant experience and as a salesperson, Dee was not at all pushy and was very respectful. As a senior, this is appreciated. Thanks, Dee. I want to mention that Greg, who took care of the financial end of things was also very good at explaining things and made this part of the sale go smoothly as well. More
