It Just Doesn't Get Any Better Than This! I just bought a 2016 Toyota 4 Runner Limited and can't say enough about my experience with the amazing staff at Whitby Toyota. From the first test dr I just bought a 2016 Toyota 4 Runner Limited and can't say enough about my experience with the amazing staff at Whitby Toyota. From the first test drive with Stephanie to the awesome deal that David and Lawrence and Ian prepared for me, the experience was second to none. Do you know that after I bought the car I went in to the service area to check on the purchase of winter tires from Keith only to be told 'Just wait until the fall - I don't need your money right now - I'll get you the best deal when the new models come out in the fall...I have your back!' Where else would you find such service excellence and such genuine kindness? And that approach is mirrored in every interaction I have had with the good folks at Whitby Toyota. Debbie, Amanda and Art in the service department made a point of finding me to offer their congratulations on my purchase saying how happy they were that I had purchased such a great vehicle. I have to agree - I have purchased a great vehicle but I have also found a phenomenal dealership. Whitby Toyota exceeded my expectations in every way. Exellent Product, Excellent Service, Excellent Dealership! I've been a customer of Whitby Toyota for almost 22 years since emigrating from UK. I'm still with them simply because I've not found a better dealership....... anywhere! Toyota products speak for themselves but the impartial advice from a sales team whose product knowledge is not only exceptional but also delivered in a relaxed atmosphere is complemented by a Service and Parts team that are equally outstanding. The bottom line from the perspective of an existing or prospective customer is that this dealership is TRUSTWORTHY. I have never been let down or disappointed in any way in my 22 years of being their customer. They are effective, efficient and 100% committed to customer satisfaction. Second to None! I just received my fourth brand new car from Whitby Toyota. My husband as well as our son, have also purchased all their cars from Whitby Toyota. Over the years we have done some comparison shopping and there is NO dealership that even comes close to the service, reliability, flexibility, price, and quality of professionalism. I have had the opportunity to meet many of the staff members over the years and all have been terrific. The staff truly know their products and are willing to take the time to explain what you need to know as a customer. The good thing is that I am confident that my car will receive excellent follow-up service in the years to come. The team in the service department will bend over backwards for their clients. I am so happy to give Whitby Toyota a 'five star' rating! More

Gary Brown Gary knew I was looking at the 2013/14 Avalon for at least three months, but he never attempted to pressure me or push the sale in any way. I think we both agreed that the car sold itself, and as a consequence all he had to do was wait for the right moment. When I eventually decided to go ahead (or rather, my wife did...) Gary proved himself to be a true professional, dealing with the details of the purchase and also with my more unusual suggestions which arose from an admitted ignorance of modern technology. Bearing in mind my far too numerous visits to the dealership his tolerance was exemplary, and his cheerful friendliness never flagged. Being a customer of Whitby Toyota for nearly twenty years, it is easy to build up a rapport with the service staff, but visits to the sales side tend to be few and far between. From my experience of this sale, I consider that Whitby Toyota is fortunate in having Gary Brown on their staff and trust that their association will be of long standing. More
