Great parts and service staff. Been a loyal customer for decades. They show you what is wrong and always fix the problem. Excellent costumer service experience! Let me start by saying that working with Rashid on the purchase of our new vehicle really made our experience special. This man went above and beyond Let me start by saying that working with Rashid on the purchase of our new vehicle really made our experience special. This man went above and beyond to accomodate us throughout the whole transaction and even after the sale! You have to understand, this isn't our first new vehicle purchase. We've purchased quite a few new vehicles before as my wife and I hate "supposed" headaches from used vehicles, so we always buy new. What Rashid has done is that he's helped us out by fixing small issues that we found with our new vehicle such as the 3M hood protection tape. I know it's a small issue, but to us, it was still an issue. Now, this is where the difference was with Rashid. We noticed that most sales reps only wants to make their sales. Once the sale is done, they don't really deal with you. You get sent to the service department to deal with warranty issues. Not with Rashid, he became our go to person after the sale. He made time for us between his appointments. He handled all the warranty issues and we didn't really have to speak with anyone else but him. He took care of it all and kept us up to date and informed, which made our experience special. We felt that he was taking care of us. And when a client feels taken care of, we feel appreciated. So we just wanted to write this review because my wife and I really appreciated what Rashid had done for us. He made us feel comfortable, and most importantly, he made us feel like we were old friends. It didn't even feel like we were buying a car. There was no pressure, just a friend who was helping to guide us to make a vehicle purchase. Note: The employee who put on the second 3M tape did an excellent job and should be commended! Too Busy selling Tires. No Longer care about small town cust I have been waiting for a month to get an oil change. I have had my tundra since new in 2004 and always had excellent service at Whitby Toyota until I have been waiting for a month to get an oil change. I have had my tundra since new in 2004 and always had excellent service at Whitby Toyota until the last two years. I had the same problem last year when trying to get a simple oil change , it seems this time of year and in the spring they turn into a tire sales store or they have outgrown their ability to provide good service. You would think after having all the service done on a tundra for 14 years you deserve better treatment. I guess when the mileage reaches the time for an oil change and they are busy doing snow tires you need to park your Toyota and drive something else because you can no longer get good service at Whitby Toyota or Bowmanville Toyota. Ironically my wife purchased a Nissan and has no issues getting an oil change when needed. That is where I will have to take my Toyota till it is time to change to a newer truck, Guess what kind of vehicle I WILL NOT be purchasing in the future. Whitby Toyota has clearly outgrown there service capabilities and small town customers. More

( Toyota is at the top of that brand list.) Recently I had a few issues which were further compounded by some miscommunication regarding some service related issues. After today,I want to extend my true gratitude to the whole Toyota team for not only making things right, but going way beyond what I could/ should have expected to happen in order to resolve these issues. This type of service is rare to find. My loyalty to Whitby Toyota and it's team of professionals remains as true today, as it did the first day I walked into the showroom some 25 years ago. More

4th car from Whitby toyota I did look around , an informed consumer would only do that ,only to realize I was always comparing to Toyota. My daughter once went for a job interview , when asked what does "customer service" mean to you , she replied in a heartbeat "Gord at Whitby Toyota". I have a 2004 Sienna , currently being shipped back on a train from BC to Ont.. We expect the van to be here in 10 days . It was my daughter who left it out there the summer of 2016 who said "Gord at Whitby Toyota" in 2004. We were confident that the van could make a cross country trip with reliability. This is why.... I have performed all of the maintenance as per schedule at Whitby Toyota . Good service department Art , Kevin ,Steve ...........Reliability is second to none. 394,000 kl and many more to come But eventually you need to get a new car.....12 years later .......we decided on a Toyota Venza. With all of the plans we had this summer , the easiest was dealing with Gary at Whitby Toyota. He knew we would be back , he knew we had four Toyotas , he knew his product! .
