However, the ease and quick turn around was not executed in haste, however, there was so much care in making the new car experience a memorable one. The team worked heard on finding the right car for me and when I arrived the car was presented to me with a big red bow, thank you David and Eric! Caleb took the time to answer all my leasing questions - of which there were many! For my previous car, I had not made a decision trading-in with Northside or selling elsewhere. I had let Eric know I had lost the title and Eric, on the spot, filled out the "Lost Title" paperwork on my behalf, just to be helpful, no commitments. That type of customer service, just helping to be kind, you don't get that experience anywhere else. Will definitely work with Northside Lexus again. More
