Appointment doesn’t matter Had an appointment and rushed to get to the dealership to be on time. I was told on arrival David was with another customer and they didn’t know how l Had an appointment and rushed to get to the dealership to be on time. I was told on arrival David was with another customer and they didn’t know how long he would be. I waited half an hour before going to check in again and he was still busy and they wanted someone else to assist me. Already being in a bad mood waiting and knowing my time wasn’t important I did not just want to meet with anyone. I ended up having to meet with a seperate sales person and now had to rush as I was running short on time for Mother’s Day weekend plans. David was still even with the customers over an hour after we had our appointment time and didn’t even aknowledge me or approach me. More

Poor after sales relationship with customer. Dealership managemnt refused to honor their advertised Red tag promotion, instead showed disrespectful demeanor to customer when asked for it. Seems once they got your money you are no longer important to them. Don't be taken in by their superficial greetings. Buyer be ware!!! More

Buying a Toyota Camry After a brief meeting with Charles I sensed he wanted me to be a satisfied customer. He showed me the vehicle that I was interested in and quickly arranged test drive. The product sold itself and Charles showed confidence in his product. This is the second Toyota Camry that I have purchased from Whitby Toyota - the last one did 320,000km. The sales team worked well together and on pick up of the vehicle, Will, a young associate of Charles, was most helpful in explaining the technology of the vehicle and the intricacies of the radio, navigation systems and safety features of the Camry. The buying experience was a satisfactory one. I also conversed with an older member of the sales team, not on the list below, who was very helpful in securing the deal. Thank you to him and I hope we meet again on a cruise ship. More
