The Sienna is my 3rd Toyota and obtained with 16km on it. Drove it and what an experience. Wow in some many areas. Gary in sales spent time explaining and demonstrating how to use the various controls. All the staff at Whitby helped me with my questions and all helpful and considerate. He was very knowledgeable in regards to the vehicle as well as being extremely helpful in guiding me towards the vehicle that best suited my needs. It is one of life's major purchases and it is good to know that you can depend on someone to sell to you based on what your needs are and not how much money they can make. I have had the opportunity to meet many of the staff members over the years and all have been terrific. The staff truly know their products and are willing to take the time to explain what you need to know as a customer.
