Our sales person Dave Grittani, was better then GREAT, he was AMAZING! He took the time, patience, understanding and showed us all our options, with ZERO sales pressure to buy. He made sure we understood what FORD was all about and how FORD was as a company. We felt like we belonged. We were wanted. Dave was available day in and day out. He never rushed us out the door just because he had another call, or another client waiting or cell phone was buzzing. He gave us his FULL ATTENTION, no matter what! Upon picking up our car today, Dave was with us, every step of the way, to ensure everything was right and he went down to explain how the options worked inside the car. Which was good, as I got stuck in traffic (@2pm) and how to make my first call from the car using hands free. I purchased a car over the internet for the first time in my life (I'm in my mid forties and reside in Montreal), and the experience was flawless thanks to salesperson Dave Grittani who orchestrated the whole deal by email and a few phone calls. Dave was more than accommodating: taking extra pictures of the car for me and answering multiple questions about the vehicle. The car in question is a 2015 Mustang convertible (yes do not laugh... my mid life crisis car), so my 13 yr old son and I travelled from Montreal to Mississauga to pick it up, and enjoy a day of dropping the top and cruising back home to Montreal. Dave and the team from Erinwood Ford did a great job delivering the car exactly on time, and it was delivered in one of the most detailed and professional manners possible. My wife and I have owned and taken delivery of several BMWs, Honda's and a VW and the Erinwood Ford purchasing process and Dave's delivery has been my best experience yet. If you are looking for a dealer who pays attention to detail and who will somehow exceed your expectations- don't look further than Erinwood - even if you are not from the Toronto area. Have faith - internet purchasing works. Somehow Dave even managed to schedule a sunny day for the drive home! So mission accomplished- the car delivery was great and I got to spend 6 hours with my son (where he was unplugged from the internet!) during the drive home talking about his plans to drive the Mustang coast to coast in 5 years before he goes to University. My only problem is that since seeing the excitement in my wife's eyes after her driving the Mustang... my seat time in the car has been greatly compromised... More

I had purchased my first Ford Edge with Dave Grittani and he gave me a great deal on a new Edge 3 years ago. Recently I had leased a new edge but inquired about terminating my lease early as I was already over mileage. Dave gave me a great deal on a buyout and on a new edge. Once we hammered out what I wanted, it was a very quick and pleasant process. One thing I noticed since this is my first repeat sale is that, it is much better going through the same dealership on your next vehicle as they know you and have all your details and it makes the process even quicker. If you are looking for a Ford, be sure to give Dave a call. He answered my emails and phone calls all hours of the day and always made time to answer any questions i had. More
