We were was able to conduct most of our business online and over the phone since I live in Eastern Ontario. I was a little anxious/nervous to see if everything would work out fine and it did. Dave met me at the dealership and walked me through the entire process. The Truck was perfect! Everything was ready and all the details and contracts were exactly as we had agreed upon. No Surprises, No Hassles, No Wasted time. It was a 100% positive sales experience and I love my new truck. Dave Grittani is a great guy; positive, friendly, knowledge, professional and punctual. It is refreshing to get such good service without the painful time-wasting and b-s often endured while buying a car. I recommend Erinwood Ford and Dave Grittani without reservation. I usually try and purchase locally, however it does not seem to be as cost efficient as it used to be to buy local since the evolution of the internet. I was searching for a new Ford F150 on Ontario dealership websites (Actually spent about 2 days) looking for a specific truck. I came across the Erinwood Ford website. First off it is by far the best Ford Dealership website that I found in Ontario. Erinwood had the truck that I was looking for in stock, I was skeptical about the price as it seemed to low and also there was no administration fee's added to the purchase price. I sent them an email for more information, within 2 hours Dave Grittani called me about the truck and was I impressed, Dave was very knowledgeable, polite, answered all my questions and there was no pressure at all! There were no gimmicks or hidden fees, the price was as stated on the internet. So I bought the truck that day over the phone and through email. I made arrangements to pick up the truck the next week as the dealership is 350km from were I live. I arrived at the dealership to pick up the F150 and was met by Dave, the fantastic service continued throughout the remaining process and within 1.5 hours I was on the road back home with my new truck. Unreal service, I still can't believe how well I was treated by everyone at the dealership. This is my 8th new vehicle and I have never had such a fantastic buying experience. I will be back to purchase my next truck from Dave and Erinwood in another 12-18 months. More

Normal delivery time was 7-8 week. The vehicle arrived in 5 weeks. The leasing experience was great. There was no pressure and there was no need to seeing a vehicle before ordering as I had trust in Dave. Dave Grittani was exceptional and met all expectations. Robyn Barrett made the paperwork easy and quick. The whole process was quick and painless. If I require a third vehicle I will definitely be back to Dave Grittani and Erinwood Ford. Dave is very knowledgeable and his experience was really helpful. But in my opinion his biggest value is his ability to listen to the customer requirements. Dave was not trying to sell me any car. It's true: they don't charge administration fees, they have great prices, they WILL buy your car if you don't buy theirs; they do make car buying, fun, easy, non-intimidating and we felt that they were doing their best to walk their talk of "Feel The Love". We felt respected and appreciated. They were completely transparent especially when it came to disclosing pricing options which allowed us to make a calm decision. Dave Grittani, John Brimo George Hill were very patient with us and they went to great lengths to find us the right vehicles for our needs [2015 Focus & Edge Sport] with the best options. Adam and Bory in F&I were also completely non-threatening. In retrospect, we never felt any pressure at any time from any team member. After two purchases we are now loyal Erinwood Ford customers. Just purchased a new 2015 F-150 and as with my two other vehicles purchased there it was a stress free experience. From taking my older vehicle to delivering my new one. Their service center is always accommodating to me regarding bringing in my vehicles for oil changes etc. I would like to mention my Sales Consultant Dave Grittani and Financial Services Manager Robyn Barrett who have always been honest, patient and trustworthy with me in buying new cars or trucks, Thank you.
