Service writer was great but the problem I brought truck for then could not diagnostic correctly for the rear end problem. They also didn't even offer to do a gear oil change the check and see if there was for then could not diagnostic correctly for the rear end problem. They also didn't even offer to do a gear oil change the check and see if there was any metal or any material of shavings in the fluid to see if the rear was going bad. but the gentleman that I dealt with at the service department was awesome very helpful and answered every question I had. I have been using Elkins Chevrolet for several decades now. A variety of different makes and models of GM vehicles. I have always had excellent service with the service department.
