Quick and easy! I would never have thought we would buy a car from a used car lot! We knew what we wanted--a van with full stow 'n go--but HATE going to car dealersh I would never have thought we would buy a car from a used car lot! We knew what we wanted--a van with full stow 'n go--but HATE going to car dealerships because of the haggling and up-sell. One evening, I stumbled across an on-line ad for a 2017 Caravan with less than 100 km at Auto Gallery. The price was fair and they offered a free on-line Car Proof, which was sent immediately. We went for a test drive the next day and just like that, bought ourselves a "new" van. No pressure, no haggling, no games, no up-sell. That's the way car buying should always be. We bought from Darryl and then finalized the details with John. Both were so pleasant to deal with. My only criticism would be that the vehicle could have been given a better going over before it was put on the lot--Darryl was left scrambling to find some missing components. Next time we need a vehicle, these guys would be our first stop. More

We met with Darryl Koch and he showed us a Chevy Aveo. He was upfront, honest and there was no hard sales pitch. We returned the next day to buy the car for my daughter and dealt with another gentleman named John. He was great! The financing was smooth and we actually enjoyed buying a car for once! We would highly recommend dealing with this group of professionals. You never feel pressured or confused. More

After my car was written off, I did the correct thing and performed online research at dealerships in the neighborhood. Auto-Gallery and this car in particular were the first choice. They do (and did) everything they can to make a car buying experience as painless as possible. Darryl was very patient with me (first time buying a car solo. yikes) and we discussed options while I waited for the write-off judgement from MPI. Julie was a delight to work with and completed and approved my financing with two phone calls in an afternoon! The whole team at auto-gallery really do a great job and I love my car! Thank you! More

When it came time to buy my beautiful Jeep Compass, Darryl, Julie and Nathan made the whole process so easy, stress-free and an actual delight right up until the moment I drove it away!
