Service work for replacement parts. After a terrible accident, Honda West worked with another body shop required I visit by my insurance company. They worked seamlessly and did all the tenchinal work that was aloud. They ordered the proper replacement parts from Japan as my vehicle is very mew. The services provided and the work that was done was explained to me with perfect clarity by Nadine. I had the option to use the shuttle service to go anywhere in the city while they completed the service work however, I did have work to do so Darrin Hurst, the sales agent who sold me my vehicle set me up in a perfect work cubical complete with plug in’s for all my devices, excellent wifi, coffee and a check in from time to time to insure I was comfortable and to see if I needed anything. Once the service was complete Nadiane gave me a full run down and a complimentary car wash voucher that just made everything feel shiny and new. This kind of incredible service and genuine interest in my experience as a customer is why I drive from Okotoks, where I live, to Honda West for all my vehicle’s needs. More
