I initially chose Honda West out of convenience to my home as it was the closest location. I did some research online including visiting Honda West's website of inventory for both new and used vehicles. home as it was the closest location. Within a day of submitting a request for more information on a new Honda Accord I was contacted by a sales representative to come into the sales office. He went over their inventory on hand based on my criteria and we were off on a test drive within a half hour. By the end of the day (actually 1 1/2 hours) I had test driven the car, selected my options, traded in my used Honda Accord and had the deal done. Within 3 days all of the options I had selected were complete and I went in to drop off my old car and pick up the new one. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend Honda West to anyone looking to buy a new Honda. More

Did my internet pricing homework before contacting Darrin with an internet quote. Next we had 2 email goes on the price and had an almost "final" price. Then we visited the dealership and test drove the car with an internet quote. Next we had 2 email goes on the price and had an almost "final" price. Darrin Hurst (Sales Rep) did a great job. He showed me the various features of each Civic model, explained finance and lease options, took me out for a test drive, and went over all the details of the car the various features of each Civic model, explained finance and lease options, took me out for a test drive, and went over all the details of the car when I picked it up. I would recommend him to anyone interested in buying a new vehicle. The only issue I had dealing with Honda West was the fact that my insurance pink card was not available when I arrived to pick up the car. I asked my insurance company to fax a copy to the dealership, but that did not happen. Marian Morris or Terry Dabreo (both are Financial Service Managers) should have followed up with either me or my insurance company to insure that my insurance documents were in the file. I had to call my insurance company when I arrived to pick up my car and then I had to wait for quite a while until I could connect with someone at the insurance company who then faxed the temporary insurance documents to Honda West. One other little issue; the credit card machine at Honda West did not work on the first attempt and the message came back that my credit card was declined. This was embarrassing. Terry Dabreo gave me a strange look as if I was a dead beat using a bad credit card. He didn't say anything. He didn't have to. It seemed clear as to what he was thinking. I asked him to try the card again, as I know that I had recently made a large payment on that credit card and the card should not have been declined. On the second attempt using the credit card machine, the transaction went through properly and was accepted. More
