Initial check-in was a good experience. They provide an update on how much repairs would cost $$$$ that it would take 2hrs to complete. Hour 3 has come and no follow up on what the delay is They provide an update on how much repairs would cost $$$$ that it would take 2hrs to complete. Hour 3 has come and no follow up on what the delay is. I asked for an update and was told just a few more minutes. Well another hour past and still no car. After almost 5 hours they brought my car around without the courtesy wash and vacuum. I'm also still waiting for the follow-up call for the sales agent. More
