Extremely thorough and knowledgeable, he respected our wants as opposed to what the dealership may have profited more from. Outstanding service from the very start. Darren Hollinger was super helpful, honest, straight to the point and worked directly for us. He went above and beyond anything we expected. As a returning customer already, I would recommend the service of these two gentleman. Our experience with the Sales Manager however was less than the first two. We arrived in the evening and hoped to leave with the deal that worked for us. When time ran out naturally, the Sales Manager swooped in to try make a quick, signing deal that completely ignored what we came in for initially. Overall a great experience with the exception of the Sales Manager. More

Buy from somewhere else trust me I made the mistake of going back to capital Ford for a scone purchase within a year. I needed a second vehical as the 2013 explorer I purchased 11 mon I made the mistake of going back to capital Ford for a scone purchase within a year. I needed a second vehical as the 2013 explorer I purchased 11 months prior had been in for warranty service 7 or 8 times for up to two weeks per time (I might add is still not fixed and is now in at Reginas other fird dealership Bennet Dunlop for warranty service). I went in on a Saturday to try to make a deal on a truck I saw online I tried to get a confirmed price and payment estimate in a timely fashion as I had my 1 year old with me they said they would have it ready in about 20 mins as I went outside to check out the vehical in question. After 1.5 hours and a very upset 1 year old I still had nothing so I left. I should have known to walk away then but I thought the truck was a decent buy so I called back on Monday so they could not waste my time in person they said they would set up the sale and set up a meeting with the finance advisor for 7 leaving enough time to ensure the truck across the St before the insurance agency closed at 8. I sat at the dealership waiting for the finance advisor till 7:45 should have walked away again. But the advisor brought me in and said he would give me the transfer of ownership to go insure the truck then come back to sign the papers I stupidly agreed and promptly returned to go over the papers on my $24700 purchase there was also financed $1500 undercoat and clear coat protections $4200 for life and disability insurance and a loan set for 5 years with a residual payment left over of over $10000. I was informed the bank would not give me the loan without the insurance. I have been dealing with the bank for the past two weeks dealing with this mess wich they state they do not require me to have the insurance so I called the company it was offered through as it is stated on the policy that if it is canceled within 20 days they will reinberse the entire amount what it doesn't state is all the paper work and written statements to do so plus the 6-8 week processing time required for refund. Also the night I got my truck home I noticed there was no spare tire under it something I thought essential and something that should have been noticed in a 180 point inspection. So I promptly called the next morning to advise my sales rep of the fact hoping this simple issue would be rectified he said he would speak with his manager and would be getting back to me shortly, I still do not have a spare tire nor even the courtacy of a call. thanks Capital Ford for all your help. Sale was great! experience could have been better. because i could not find parking I actually left the first time, but because this dealership had a car i was interested i did return but was later blo because i could not find parking I actually left the first time, but because this dealership had a car i was interested i did return but was later blocked in by the service department. the sales associate (Cassandra) was real friendly and quick to approach me to find out what i was looking for. it did take about 45 minutes to track down the car i wanted to view though and as i waited the sales manager was maybe too pushing with other options for vehicles, even out of my budget that we had discussed. once i did view the car cassandra was very helpful with discussing the vehicle and pricing, as well the finance manager was very thorough with the details of my finance contract especially with reworking options to best fit my budget. More
