My only concern is my service was to be an hour tops. It wasn’t finished for two and a half hours. Perhaps, they overbooked or a mechanic called in sick? First time at Handy Toyota for service. Darren was very nice and answered any questions I had. Later when I got home I noticed grease or dirt in my car, assuming someone’s hand when the Darren was very nice and answered any questions I had.
