My last service the tech left my vehicle very dirty, inside and out. After talking with Casey the servicemanager, he offered me a full detail courtesy of Handy. Nice, but I told him that it wasn't neces inside and out. After talking with Casey the servicemanager, he offered me a full detail courtesy of Handy. Nice, but I told him that it wasn't necessary. This service, I told Darren about the condition of my vehicle after the last service, specifically that my door panel was kicked and scuffed. This service, my door panel was scuffed once again and I had oil dripping from my skidplate and covering my frame where it blew back on my drive home. Alot of oil. I got under there with some degreaser and cleaned it as best as I could, same as last time. I'm not perfect by any means, and maybe I'm expecting too much, but I do take pride in my work. I think that was missing once again here. More

agreat job with tire rotation inspection. They neglected to tell me I failed two filters. Then sent emails to come back, when it could of been done when I was there.
