The customer experience was really the best. Gwen Moss went far and beyond to accommodates our needs. She updated us via text messages, and phone calls on the various stages in the process. Daren Ball is the Service Advisor you want. He's highly professional, listens to your concerns, and recognizes customer loyalty to RMB/MB. Relative to the other service managers who are good, Daren doesn't professional, listens to your concerns, and recognizes customer loyalty to RMB/MB. Relative to the other service managers who are good, Daren doesn't dismiss customer questions/concerns; he takes the time to thoroughly investigate any issue, comes back with his findings and recommendations. I completely recommend RBM of Alpharetta. Daren Ball was a fantastic service advisor. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. I own two Mercedes and I drive an hour to utilize their a fantastic service advisor. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. My last service loaner experience I am very unhappy with my last service loaner experience, I was charged huge money including their profit to replace a flat tire. So instead of paying I am very unhappy with my last service loaner experience, I was charged huge money including their profit to replace a flat tire. So instead of paying a loaner I could have rented a car lot cheaper and service manager did not even spoke to me directly in resolving this issue. More

Most caring organization ever Charlene and Darrell Montonaro could not be any more pleased with our experience at RBM of Alpharetta, GA Mercedes Benz /dealership. Our primary sales Charlene and Darrell Montonaro could not be any more pleased with our experience at RBM of Alpharetta, GA Mercedes Benz /dealership. Our primary sales representative, Vadim Russu, made every effort to get an answer to our every concern and question. Whatever department was in charge of a particular area of concern, Mr Russu would excuse himself to contact a member of that department in order to give us the most correct answer, sometimes bringing that person with him to answer us directly. Honestly, we have NEVER received so much care and concern for our comfort level. We have never been interested in a lease arrengement, but Mr. Russu went over the Mercedes-Benz arrangement, THREE TIMES, comparing other arrangements to yours, and we COMFORTABLY decided to make the lease arrangement. I have been involved in the automobile business, some years ago with VOA, and I have never experienced such a careful, hard working person as Mr. Russu. We want to do the right thing by him, but fear he will be promoted to a position where he would not be able to be our representativ. That probably wouldn't matter because whomever we have will do a special job for us. On a scale of one to ten, we give Mr. Russu a resounding TWENTY!!! More
