After tire rotation, technician left lug nuts very loose on one of four wheels. Car vibrated severely. Service sent technicians to my home, tightened lug nuts, took car to shop for checkout, returned car on one of four wheels. Car vibrated severely. Service sent technicians to my home, tightened lug nuts, took car to shop for checkout, returned car to my garage. While very disappointed with the error, we could have had a serious accident, Service Lead and Manager took very quick action to resolve the problem. I appreciate the they took responsibility and handled it quickly. More

Service check I had come to have my oil level checked on Saturday. The staff was very friendly and the service was prompt. Speedy service It was easy to schedule my appointment and the service took less time than I expected. Brakes for a 2012 Prius I scheduled a brake service to be performed after a recent oil change and inspection revealed that the original brakes on our Prius needed attention ( I scheduled a brake service to be performed after a recent oil change and inspection revealed that the original brakes on our Prius needed attention (160,000 miles on the first set of pads!). Got a quote and came to pick up the vehicle and found the bill to be over a hundred more than the quote. I showed this to the service rep along with the coupon I had for $60 off which would have made the total cost about $420. The rep explained to me that the quote I had been given was missing the labor charges on the rear brakes. I told him I felt I had been misled, and he understood. He spoke with the manager, and my bill was adjusted to $453. Not perfect, but they were willing to appease my disappointment with $130 off their original bill. Apparently they have a glitch in their computer system which left off the rear brakes labor portion in the original quote. I was pleased that they understood my frustration and were willing to do something about it. I've always been happy with the service I've received here. More
