Tire rotation service took about 20 minutes. Pretty good time, but I have learned that in order to receive timely service, I need to schedule an 8:00 appointment. Price pretty good. My only complaint is they did not reset the notification, so I am still getting a notice that maintenance is required. I am not due for an oil change for 2,000 miles so I will have to see this notice every time I use the car for about four months, or I have to go back to the dealership. More

Had my Rav 4 in 3 times for a leaky a/c. On the 3rd try to repair the a/c the technician left the a/c drain hose on the inside of the car. This in turn flooded the inside of the vehicle. On the 3rd try to repair the a/c the technician left the a/c drain hose on the inside of the car. This in turn flooded the inside of the vehicle. The first time I called to inform them of the problem I was not satisfied with the solution. After further commination there proposal to solve the issue was spot on. They lifted the carpet to clean, so there was no possible issues left behind from the water damage. They provided a courtesy car during the repair, and they did find the original A/C leak and repaired that as well. There is always going to be problems and its how you handle them that set you or your business apart form others. With saying that, I would 100% recommend St Cloud Toyota. They stand behind there service and will make things right. More
