I always have great service when I bring my car in for any kind of inspection. I sometimes don't like the wait time that occurs. I understand that things happen but when you have a wait time of almost 2 any kind of inspection. I sometimes don't like the wait time that occurs. Rob was my service manager he was very thoughtful and I feel he will get to the issue with the technician as to why my new 2023 Venza ( 7 weeks old)has a R rear rattling noise.
