Damien Lorefice was more than accommodating with my unannounced visit and numerous questions. And at no time did I feel even the slightest push to buy. In fact, Damien was so upfront he even stated the car was priced wrong (which was verified by other ads) but would honour the price I was stated. And if that isn't enough honesty, Damien also ended up putting on new brakes and rubber before I picked up the vehicle. Even after purchasing Damien had been more than gracious in answering questions and pointing me in the right direction. Truly a people first person and more than worthy of praise. Not only has he made a repeat customer but will be visited by a couple of family members and friends who are also looking for a vehicle. I could never say thank you enough to Damien and Theo Motors. More

I dealt with a salesmen named damien Lorefice I told him what I wanted in my next vehicle and he simply showed me multiple vehicles that met my needs he wasn't pushy, he knew his stuff and the best part was there was no haggling over prices. He even came in on his day off to finish up paper work so I could get the vehicle faster. I know there are a lot of horror stories about used car dealerships but this place is a class act from there staff right down to how clean and organized there lot and show room is, even everything they sell is just high end vehicles. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone price is right and the people are great. More

We were happy to be able to work with Damien Lorefice who was friendly, knowledgeable and very honest. Damien did everything to make us feel comfortable and was very patient and did not pressure us at all. It is evident that Theo Motors cares deeply about customer satisfaction as we were constantly asked if there were any problems they could help out with. Damien encouraged us to let him know if anything about the car was amiss and was concerned about every minor detail we pointed out. We were having no luck with the car dealers we tried. A young woman shopping for a car does not always get treated as a man would. Theo Motors was very pleasant and straightforward. The price was fair. We took the car to our regular mechanic the morning after we purchased it and he could find nothing that needed fixing. Even better, the things that Theo Motors promised to repair or replace were actually done. They are trustworthy! Yeah! We are very happy customers and are telling all our friends. I found the listing on Kijiji and contacted the dealership. Damien was very fast at responding to e-mails / texts and answered all of my questions and concerns. When we got to the dealership close to their closing time, Damien allowed us to test drive the car by ourselves and stayed late to finish up the deal. He offered to get the car to our mechanic the next day so we could have a final inspection of the car before paying in full. I got possession of the car 2 days after the test drive. The only thing to comment was that the price was firm and no room for haggle. However, the pricing was quite competitive with other postings / dealerships so it wasn't a huge deal. More
