I Must Be Dreaming! Came down to Theo Motors w/ my wife on the 14th of April, 2015 to check out a Nissan Titan that I found on Kijiji. Did a small 5 min walk throughout the lot and my wife started to eye a 2011 BMW 328i xDrive. Next thing you know Damien comes out and greets us. I expressed to him my current situation, being open & upfront w/ him, and he offered to see what he could do w/ our credit application. Damien said he would give me a call the next day w/ some options, but that did not happen! We literally came back to the lot in less than 2 hours! 1st time in our LIVES were we given an opportunity to choose an elite vehicle from a wide range of models on the Most Wanted Cars lot, and this ALL thanks to Damien & his magic! 48 hours exactly to the minute I drove off the lot with my 2011 BMW 328i xDrive! From the owner to the business manager to the people in the service department, making sure you're happy is their No. 1 priority. With our most recent purchase, our business manager Damien spent five hours on a Saturday providing us with a selection of cars to test drive, invited us to share his lunch, and made sure we had all the information to make an informed decision on a vehicle. On the day we picked up our latest vehicle, he arranged for one of the service dept. employees to stay late and detail the vehicle we had purchased in December 2013. Both times, my wife and I have driven away from Theo feeling like we had been treated with fairness and honesty. We look forward to dealing with Damien again. More

Excellent follow up for no cost I had a wonderful experience working with Damien at Theo Motors. He got me into a beautiful Mazda Speed 6 at a fantastic price, and was absolutely inc I had a wonderful experience working with Damien at Theo Motors. He got me into a beautiful Mazda Speed 6 at a fantastic price, and was absolutely incredible with follow up service after the sale. I had a bit of engine trouble a few days after purchasing and Theo Motors replaced multiple components not covered in the safety warranty for no cost to me whatsoever. While servicing the vehicle, I was given a brand new vehicle to drive also at no cost. It is clear that the folks at Theo Motors care about customer experience above everything else. My car is beautiful, running perfectly and was priced well below competitive market prices. I would thoroughly recommend this dealer to anyone. More

This was my first car so I must admit that I just bought a Nissan Versa from Theo Motors and agree with other comments that it was a great experience. This was my first car so I must admit that I had a lot of apprehension about being hustled. I went in and the sales guy wasn't an old hustler with a smoking jacket. It was a younger guy, named Damien. Anyway, I tested the Versa, I loved it. It was clean, very few kms, and felt like a new car. I went and tested some new cars at the Nissan dealership and went back to Theo Motors because it was essentially the same car for half the price. When I went back I was really impressed that Damien remembered me and my situation and I bought it that afternoon. Also, Damien set me up with a great financing rate which made more sense than what dealership offered. A+ More
